Wine Country Inn was founded by Ned Smith in 1975, and started as a bed and breakfast, built and decorated with the help of Ned’s wife and five children. Over the years, Wine Country Inn has evolved to become more of a luxurious boutique hotel, but it’s never lost its personal, B&B feel. The antique-filled property has a wide range of rooms and cottages to suit every budget, and the vineyard and orchard views, homey decor, and gardens make for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Wine Country Inn really encourages visitors to “unplug”—the rooms do not have TVs, but board games are available for entertainment.
