Join proprietors Karen Mitchell and Sarah Mitchell Hansen as they lead a behind the scenes tour of the valley’s beloved bakery and share its many secrets – including how to make the “World’s Best English Muffins”. As a bonus, participants will receive an autographed copy of The Model Bakery Cookbook, one of the hottest cookbooks of the year. This is a not-to-be-missed experience during the Flavor! Napa Valley Weekend, for the baker in everyone!
