Enjoy an exquisite five-course tasting menu at etoile, delightfully paired with a selection of sparkling and still wines, before dancing the night away to a live band in the Tasting Lounge. At midnight, we’ll ring in 2015 with a sparkling toast. A formal portrait, party favors and a midnight toast are included.
