Make your weekend get away to the Wine Country a Gourmet Retreat with this 2-day hands-on cooking class. The menu for this weekend retreat will incorporate slow-cooking dishes that fill the kitchen with soul-warming aromas. The recipes we prepare may include Penne with Aged Vermont Cheddar; Wine Braised Beef; Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes; Roasted Root Vegetables; Spiced Winter Fruit Crisp; Vegetable Strata; Herbed Buttermilk Biscuits and much more.

Includes recipe handouts, meals prepared and wine/beverage served with the meal. Max 8 students so you are sure to have personalized instruction.

Friday session – 3pm – 8pm; Saturday session – 12pm – 4pm
