The interactive experience, led by Chef Pablo Jacinto and Sommelier Chris Costas, features three courses with wines. Dungeness Crab Cake-Citrus salsa, Pea Shoot Salad, paired with Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc-Viognier Napa; Rabbit Sugo & Pappardelle Pasta -Pancetta, Shiitake Mushrooms, Parmesan Cheese paired with Sebastiani Pinor Noir Sonoma; Meyer Lemon Tart-Whipped Vanilla Cream, Toasted Coconut paired with Domaine Chandon NV Brut Classic.
