RESTAURANTThe Calistoga Inn hosts a popular outdoor dining patio stretching along the right bank of the Napa River. A modern micro-brewery occupies the historic water tower adjacent to the patio. The Inn itself has a rustic pub/bar reminiscent of the early days of Calistoga and a charming, antique-bedecked dining room.
During the spring, summer and fall, the Calistoga Inn chefs cook over wood-fired grills adjacent to the patio. Calistoga Inn has designed menus which reflect the American wood-grill style of summer and the Inn's popular American comfort food style of winter.
BREWERY
In 1987, the Calistoga Inn gave birth to Calistoga beer and the Napa Valley Brewing Company. The Inn was the first establishment to brew beer commercially in Napa County since the days of prohibition.
Since the company's inception, our brew master has introduced specialty beers during the off-season. They are Calistoga Porter, Calistoga Stout, and Calistoga IPA. Ninety-five percent of our production is served on draft at the Calistoga Inn, while the other five percent is sold in kegs to local residents and distributed in bottles and kegs to a few select local restaurants and specialty food markets. Our beer is hand-bottled, and is available in 22 ounce bottles. Our current total annual production is 450 barrels.
PUB
In addition to the hotel, restaurant and brewing facilities, the Calistoga Inn has a 65-seat English-style Pub adjacent to our indoor dining facility. The Inn's Pub is a popular gathering place for locals. Worn plywood flooring, faded denim table clothes and a collection of old beer signs make for a comfortable drinking area reminiscent of the pubs throughout Europe.
The Pub offers a full bar and Happy Hour prices on our house beers and house wine, Monday thru Friday, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Additionally, you may watch the latest in sports events on our two TV's.

Wednesday Night - the Pub hosts Open Mic giving local musicians an opportunity to perform before a live audience.
