At The Hess Collection, Executive Chef Chad Hendrickson utilizes local organically and sustainably-grown products to create fresh seasonal recipes to pair with Hess Collection wines. Chad strives to individually pair the unique flavors and textures in each of our wines with complementary flavor combinations in the dishes he creates.

Enjoy a private tour of the Hess Collection, followed by a current release wine tasting of four wines paired with artisan truffles developed and handcrafted with TCHO chocolate by our Culinary Team. This is a unique, educational experience with one of a kind chocolates. Please allow 90 minutes for this tour and tasting experience.
