Founded in 1969 by two aerospace engineers, ZD Wines is family owned and operated by three generations of the deLeuze family who continue to produce award-winning Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon.

UnWined Tasting - $40 per person
Gathered in ZD’s vineyard view room overlooking the valley floor, guests have the opportunity to select the ZD wines they want to enjoy from our comprehensive list. During this seated tasting, one of our hospitality professionals will walk your group through its selections and offer background on how each wine gets from vineyard to glass, also providing a dose of ZD’s rich history. Sit back, relax and UnWined. This tasting experience is $40 per person and offered Fridays through Sundays, by appointment only.

Winery Cellar Tour & Tasting - $75 per person
This is our classic private experience where visitors enjoy several current vintage and reserve wines, with a private guided tour through our cellar and a sampling of soon to be released wine maturing in the barrel. Library Selection Tour & Tasting - $115 per person
Following a behind the scenes tour of ZD’s wine cellar which includes a sampling of wines in barrel, your group will sit down to enjoy a selection of older vintage Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay wines chosen from our extensive wine library. Each wine is complemented with artisan cheese and charcuterie selections and the wine tasting is finished with a decadent chocolate truffle. To make a reservation, please call 800.487.7757.

Vineyard View Tour & Tasting - $115 per person
Enjoy a selection of our reserve wine in crystal stemware from your table in our Vineyard View Room or on our deck overlooking the vineyards of Rutherford. First you will get a behind the scenes tour of our cellar which includes a sampling of wines in barrel. Each wine is complemented with artisan cheese selections and charcuterie. The tasting is finished with a decadent chocolate truffle.
