Celebrating almost five decades in the Napa Valley and three generations as a family owned and operated winery, Trefethen Family Vineyards is raiding the wine cellar to create a truly unique tasting experience for the Flavor! Napa Valley Weekend. A brief tour of the estate vineyards and gardens sets the stage for an epic tasting of Cabernet Sauvignon, featuring one from each decade of Trefethen’s history. In the seated tasting, walk down memory lane with estate wines crafted when the Watergate scandal rocked the White House, when the Berlin Wall fell and when the average price of a home in the US was less than $90,000. Tasting includes five Cabernet Sauvignons covering the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, 2000s, 2010s, along with a selection of current releases.
