Then, learn how to use artisanal olive oils, red wine vinegars, and syrups in a demonstration and tasting with bites inspired by our estate gardens. This is a rare opportunity to learn about both our sustainable approach to olive cultivation and our time-honored olive oil extraction process. Guests are welcome to purchase their custom blended bottle for an additional fee.
