Announcing the release of our 2012 Cabs! In honor of these three 94 Point rated wines celebrate with owners, Tom and Brenda Baldacci and Winemaker, Rolando Herrera. This elegant, four course dinner in collaboration with Silverado Resort Executive Chef Jeffery Jake, will feature a retrospective tasting of the Brenda’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon as well as pairings with the newly released 2012 Ruppert and Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon. Seating is limited to 32.
