Beloved by “Fresh Oil Fanatics”, our fresh oil day offers a complete experience as our knowledgeable guides explain both our sustainable approach to olive cultivation and our time-honored olive oil extraction process. In addition, guests will visit the mill and savor samples of our fresh olive oil before making personal ‘by the milliliter’ selections.

In honor of this special time of year, we are planning the ultimate in farm to table for our die-hard gastronomers. Beautifully prepared foods freshly picked from our garden, fabulous Cabernets from the Round Pond cellar, and the rare treat of freshly pressed extra virgin olive oils overflowing at every turn. This once a year lunch-time celebration of fresh oil is not to be missed.
